Aanstaande woensdag begint het DD Open. We willen de start zo strak en soepel mogelijk houden. Daarom de belangrijkste informatie hier in schriftelijke vorm.

1. Aanwezigheid woensdag: 19.15 uur. We vragen iedereen om 19.15 uur aanwezig te zijn. Wie niet op tijd is, wordt niet ingedeeld. Lukt het onverwacht niet om op tijd aanwezig te zijn, stuur dan een bericht per e-mail of app aan 06-11302143.
2. Byes eerste ronde: Volgende spelers hebben een bye voor de eerste ronde aangevraagd: Te Paske, Henn, Smallenbroek, Cramer, Van Gaalen, Cools, Roos, Goulis, Oosterhuis, Van Capelleveen, Groenen. -- De cruciale referentie voor byes is deze lijst: https://dd1852.nl/page.php?i=1367. Als je een bye hebt aangevraagd, check dan altijd nog even of het daar verschijnt.
3. Op basis van de inschrijvingen hebben we de ratinggrenzen voor de ratingprijzen nog eens aangepast om de ratinggroepen even groot te maken. Er komen nu ratingprijzen voor U1850 (A) en U1700 (B). De ratinggroep per speler staat samen met geslacht (w voor vrouwen) en jeugd (onder 18) in de kolom "flag" van deze lijst https://dd1852.nl/page.php?i=1380
4. Het speeltempo is 90 min + 30 seconden per zet. Dat betekent dat noteren in alle fases van de partij verplicht blijft. Aan de borden zijn notatieformulieren met doordruk beschikbaar. Het is verplicht om deze te gebruiken. Na de partij het resultaat op beide formulieren noteren, ondertekenen en het bovenste vel (wit) bij de wedstrijdleiding inleveren.
5. In de zaal zijn koffie, thee en frisdrank beschikbaar. Deze moeten direct bij consumptie per bankpas worden betaald. Let erop dat het gebruik van mobiele telefoons tijdens de partij (uiteraard) niet is toegestaan. Betalen per wallet op de telefoon is dus niet mogelijk, je hebt een fysieke bankpas nodig.
6. We plannen foto's te maken voor de website en om te delen met de deelnemers. Wil je dat uit privacyoverwegingen niet toestaan, laat dit dan even per reply weten, dan sparen we je uit. (Uiteraard is het ook altijd mogelijk om foto's achteraf te laten verwijderen.)

2. If you have requested a bye, always check again whether it appears there.
3. Based on the registrations, we have adjusted the rating limits for the rating prizes to make the rating groups the same size. There will now be rating prizes for U1850 (A) and U1700 (B). The rating group per player is listed together with gender (w for women) and youth (under 18) in the "flag" column of this list https://dd1852.nl/page.php?i=1380
4. The playing tempo is 90 min + 30 seconds per move. This means that notation remains mandatory in all phases of the game. Notation forms with carbon copies are available at the boards. It is mandatory to use these. After the game, note the result on both forms, sign them and hand in the top sheet (white) at the arbiter's desk.
5. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available in the hall. These must be paid for immediately upon consumption by bank card. Please note that the use of mobile phones during the game is (obviously) not permitted. Paying by wallet on your phone is not possible, you need a physical bank card.
6. We plan to take photos for the website and for sharing them with the participants. If you do not want to allow this for privacy reasons, please let us know by reply, then we will spare you. (Of course it is always possible to have photos removed afterwards.)
